Ethics is an important stepping stone for the life of societies, its establishments, functions , and its professions, as every profession, whatever it was educational or not educational, leans on regulating the ethics of public behavior for members of the profession with each other in one profession, and with the other workers in other professions, and it goes along with the values of the society thus there is the ethics of the legal profession, and ethics for other professions like medicine, pharmacy , nursing , journalism and also the profession of teaching.Ethics of teaching profession is one of the most important inputs of educational system that guide the behavior of educators and control it, because it forms an inside monitor and supplies the educators with self reference guide that helps them in their work, it also forms the emotional dimension of the teacher's character, therefore we have to enable the teacher to learn it well, and enclos it in the matriculation tests in teacher's training institutes and its programs, and he should announce his commitment to ethics since entering the profession. The Ethics of Teaching Profession are: All good values and behaviors related to work directly that characterize practitioners, whether if they are social, economic , political or religious, and which constitute the content of the moral rules of professional in his actions and his work, so the teacher has an obligation to the teaching profession on the basis of two types of responsibility, one is legal, and the other is moral , and the teacher must be aware of these responsibilities, so that he can play his role properly without falling under any responsibility.There are Some Resources for Ethics in Teaching Profession: A. Legislations, laws and rules. B. The religious source. C. Values, customs and traditions. D. Educational literature. The importance of ethics increases in the school environment, because teaching profession has its own additional privacy which increases the importance of teachers 'moral commitment , as the teacher is a model for learners, as well as he is responsible for the moral growth for learners and his work extends beyond the school walls.The Ethics in Teaching are: 1. Mastery of the subject. 2. Good preparation. 3. The Definition of the subject's overall objective, 4. Creating wider opportunities for learning, 5. Mastery of teaching and performance of lessons honestly , 6. Guiding students for the sources of knowledge, 7. Taking into account individual differences among students, 8. Effective follow up of the performance of his students, and notify those who are concerned, 9. Refrain from giving private lessons, 10. Justice in dealing with students. There is a need to comply with professional ethics in the field of evaluation and examinations, as well as there is specific ethics for the profession should be taken into consideration in the field of educational administration regarding school's relations with students and parents.In general , we can define the forms of Ethics in Teaching Profession as follow: Teacher's ethics: 1. Towards his Profession. 2. Towards his students. 3. Towards his colleagues and community.
